HALO SleepSack Wearable Blanket The HALO SleepSack Wearable Blanket is the only blanket on the market this customized to fit a range of sizes to ensure safety for all infants. Its design is making consumers and vendors alike rethink the idea of a baby blanket. The SleepSack is the safest, yet softest blanket on the market. It is made of flame resistant micro-fleece. The SleepSack from HALO is sleeveless to reduce the risk of baby rebreathing into the sleeve. It reduces the risk of overheating and is easy to slip on to a sleeping child. The Sack design means that baby will never kick a blanket off or, even worse, up over his mouth and nose causing the airflow to be disrupted. An inverted zipper allows the parent to change the diaper with ease and also prevents the child from scratching his chin or even unzipping the SleepSack. HALO works hard to prevent SIDS and with the SleepSack they have made tremendous strides. With each SleepSack sale HALO donates a portion of the sale toward SIDS medical research, education and family services.

These are very small hats and would likely not fit a baby much older than newborn. They held up well washing in warm, low heat dryer.

These definitely wouldn’t fit a 6 month old baby. But they’re well made and they fit our babies up to 3 months. They stay on better than most hats but thats because they don’t have as much on a stretch.

It has been very nice to have a large selection of these hats. They are perfect for bedtime. The only drawback is that they tend to shrink in the laundry. I doubt the same hat would still fit a 6 month old after 6 months of use.

Frustrating for me to keep adjusting these caps on my babies’ head. Gerber sizes run way too small. They need to be realistic. The fabric is great but what is the use if the caps keep coming off and don’t serve the purpose of wearing them? All the Gerber items I buy for my now 4 month old babies have to be bought several sizes up.

I purchased the pink Swaddle SleepSack yesterday in hopes to find a solution to my 8 week old (who LOVES to be swaddled) getting frustrated when she kicks off her blankets (she “dances” when she has gas or needs to do her business) in her sleep. We have a “swaddle me” blanket, but she always manages to get her arms out and then gets annoyed that she isn’t comfortable anymore.
Emily-Marie has never slept through the night. UNTIL LAST NIGHT.
We had been out all day and I figured I might as well put her in this for her afternoon nap, since we had it. I gave her a bath, and did her normal sleepy-time routine, swaddling her in this, rather than using blankets.
THAT WAS 3PM. IT IS NOW 7AM AND SHE IS JUST NOW WAKING UP.
I’ve had to wake her up each time I needed to nurse her, and i even changed her diaper 3 times (the reverse zipper is great, I don’t have to get her out!) since the start of her “nap”.
Believe me, I will be getting the blue and cream colors too, just to have them on hand. I LOVE that this is a 3-in-1 product (arms in/swaddled; arms out/swaddled; slumbersack/ no swaddle) and I LOVE that she sleeps so well in it!
Too bad they don’t make one for grownups!

I used the Halo Swaddle Sleep Sack with my third daughter and wish I had it for the other 2. It is the perfect transition from swaddling to non-swaddling for babies allowing you to only buy 1 garment instead of 2. I love mine!

I received my first one from the hospital where I gave birth and fell in love with it. It works so much better than using the traditional swaddling blankets. I bought this one once my baby outgrew her first one. She cannot wiggle out of this and it helps her feel secure so she can sleep at night.
The only downside that it can’t be used on a hot summer night. I have central air conditioning, but sometimes my house is still too warm. I can’t find the larger size in a cotton knit or lightweight fabric, so I’ve been using another brand (which doesn’t work nearly as well) as a last resort.

The Halo 2N1 itself wasn’t enough to keep our baby’s hands tightly swaddled. Also, the sleepsack itself tends to bunch up around the neck. While the fleece keeps baby warm, it does pill after several washings. We only use the removeable swaddle band to help swaddle w/a traditional blanket.

I give this sleep sack to everyone having a baby. We got it as a gift when our daughter was born and it is one of the baby items I couldn’t live without!
With the velcro straps, swaddling the baby couldn’t be easier. This is a HUGE plus for a squirmy baby, particularly in the middle of the night when you want to get back to sleep, not spend 5 minutes trying to swaddle a squirming baby.
Another great thing about it is that you can remove the swaddle wrap. This is good if the a baby decides they don’t like being swaddled, you can just have the sleep sack and if they outgrow the sack part, or the season changes and you want them in less layers but they still want to be swaddled, you can use the swaddle wrap on its own.
I also like the fact that the zipper zips from top to bottom, so the zipper pull isn’t up at the baby’s face. A MUST HAVE!!!!!!
