I’ve had this toy (with slightly different animals) through three children. I bought it in 2003. The toy itself is wonderful with pleasing music and great visuals. Better than that, though, is the company. After storing the toy for almost a year, I took it out for baby #2. The crankshaft didn’t work. I called the company and they sent me a whole new top unit for free. I couldn’t believe it. It worked without problem through baby #2 and #3.

This is by far the coolest mobile. Assembly is a cinch. Colors and characters are so bright and vibrant for the baby. The black and white colors are ideal for their development. Movement is appreciated, helps give lots of dimension for the babies to look at. I will keep this mobile forever.

I first purchased a Symphony in Motion mobile in 2003. We loved that one! It was so cute, the colors were fun and it kept my daughter’s attention for a good, long time. So when #3 came along, I didn’t even think twice about getting this new model. What a disappointment. The painted parts are fuzzy, the plastic is cheap and the fabric is of a lower quality than what you’d find on that county fair animal you won. The colors and design of this newer model are not as appealing to me either. Sort of gaudy and dated. But worst of all was the fact that the motor is so noisy. You can barely hear the music over the grind of the motor. I actually exchanged the first mobile I bought thinking I must have a bad one. When the second one had the same problem, I’m assumed it was just the poor quality of this mobile. At least the exchange process through Amazon was smooth and customer friendly. I mean really, Tiny Love, what a disappointment. Too bad the quality had to suffer while the price never changed.

I loved this mobile until it stopped working. I used it only a month before it quit. The motor stopped working and apparently several people have had this issue. I contacted the company via phone. They were very nice and said they would replace it. I sent them the information they asked for via email. It is two weeks between responses and they have asked me for the same information again and again. The girl even replied to my email where the information was right there in front of her. This started in mid-Feb and still no replacement 6 weeks later. My daughter will be too big to use it by the time I get a replacement….it’s sad though because this was her absolute favorite thing.

The toy is soft, and cute, and quite a bit larger than expected. I enjoyed the sounds that it makes. The sound box took a bit of engineering to install, but once it’s in, it’s probably hard to get out! The video shows the features and you can hear the sounds.

I loved this when I saw it in a local maternity shop and registered for it. So much cuter than the sheep, I think. When we received it as a gift I couldn’t believe how soft and adorable it is. The jungle sounds are different from most baby toys, and the womb sound is a bit creepy, but our little colicky baby is definitely soothed by the white noise(rainfall) sound. We named our giraffe George and he sleeps in the crib every night. We take him in the car with us too, especially because the car seat screaming is constant without it. I just found out about the “on the go” version, and would buy it immediately if I knew the actual size. My son is 10 weeks old and we had to change out the batteries once already, but we use it alot on the 45 min. setting. Changing the batteries is a piece of cake and the compartment is easy to take in and out. Get it if you are tired of teddy bears and sheep.

Horribly crappy product! I don’t know what all the hype is about cloudb products and I’m disappointed I bought into it! I expected a quality gund-like stuffed animal. Nope! Such a CHEAP stuffed animal. The soundmaker is supposed to fit in a hole in its back – but it doesn’t fit at all! It’s not meant for cribs, so where or why would you use it??? Absolute waste of money, I will be returning it!

I noticed the hair comes out rather easily… and with a baby that likes to grab and then put things in her mouth I am a bit leery keeping this in her reach. However, I think this product is a good value – the sounds are nice and it’s a toy that actually comes with batteries – hooray!
